Dimona denial

A few days ago, I referred to an accusation that the Obama administration was denying visas to Israeli scientists and technicians who worked at the Dimona nuclear facility.
The primary source for the article was a Prof. Zeev Alfassi. Roger L Simon did the necessary legwork and contacted Prof Alfassi directly. The professor explained that there is more difficult for these scientists to get visas for study in America, but that the policy began in the wake of 9/11. It did not originate with the Obama administration. (h/t InstaPundit)
