Federal Court – Trump Commission On Voter Fraud Request For State Data Lawful

Why Now is the time to consider owning gold

Ah, voter fraud, the great mystery of American politics!

One of the Left’s talking points in trying to delegitimize Donald Trump’s presidency is to whine that ‘Hillary really won, she got the popular vote.’

Now, that argument is like saying the Indians should have won the World Series because they got more runs than the Cubs, but there’s actually some evidence that Mrs. Clinton might not have won the popular vote, since there was actual evidence of voter fraud in a number of Blue ruled areas like Philadelphia, Detroit, Dane County in Wisconsin and Clark county (Las Vegas). Jill stein’s illegal recount, ordered by Obama appointed Judge Mark Goldsmith shed some unwelcome light on the subject, which consistently revealed that, in Detroit for instance, almost half the precincts had a lot more votes cast than they had registered voters. As the recount in Wayne County (Detroit) proceeded, Trump’s tally kept rising, so Judge Goldsmith quickly reversed himself and cancelled the recount before it revealed too much!

And no one even checked Los Angeles, Chicago or New York City, places noted for instances of voter fraud in the past. This is especially relevant since Mrs. Clinton’s entire popular vote majority came from the counties that make up New York City and Los Angeles County.

Democrats on the Left continue to deny that voter fraud is significant and many deny it even exists. Many people on the right insist it is rampant. In an effort to settle the question, President Trump appointed a Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity to investigate the matter.

All of the states routinely sell their registration rolls and other voter data to political campaigns, political parties, pollsters, researchers and in some cases even to the general public.
Yet when the Advisory Committee requested this same data, a number of states flatly refused to provide it, including New York and California. And a lawsuit was launched, claiming that it was illegal to provide President Trump’s commission with the same information they normally provide without question.

Today, federal judge, Colleen Kollar-Kotely, has ruled that the Commission’s request for state voter data is lawful. Judge Kollar-Kotely, surprisingly, is a Clinton appointee.

Vice chair of the Committee Kris W. Kobach told reporters that about 30 or so states had already agreed to cooperate and provide their data, and that it was only about a dozen states that were still refusing to cooperate, and added “some may reconsider” in light of today’s ruling.

Personally, I wouldn’t bet on that myself. The Left will judge shop and stonewall as long as possible, and even then they might not provide the actual data.

President Trump famously said that there was massive voter fraud in 2016 and that as many as three to five million illegal votes were cast.

I think the President maybe indulging in some hyperbole here, and the numbers won’t end up being  that big. But then again, President Trump has surprised us before by being right about things no one expected him to be right about.

So we’ll see.
