By: Mike McDaniel Teaching these days is a potentially dangerous occupation. One must always be aware that virtually every kid in every class is carrying a video camera and audio recorder in their pocket, and they’re sneaky about using them. I do not teach or say anything I would not want parents or any member of the public to hear, but sometimes, shining light on a teacher’s curriculum is a good thing indeed, as it recently was in, of all places, at Norman North High School in Norman, Oklahoma. Local station KMOV reports:
Due to a change in Social Security regulations that took place on April 30th 2016, you can now add as much as a potential $570 to your monthly benefits… Just by contacting the SS administration and saying ONE simple word.
That’s an extra $6,840 a year!
